Processing is carried out directly by the Controller's organisation through appropriately appointed and trained authorised persons, and by external companies that provide various services on behalf of the Company, including as Processors under Article 9 FADP and, where applicable, Article 28 GDPR.
The Processors involved are:

• OPIQUAD S.P.A., which manages and maintains the Site.
The parties listed in the table in section 5 may process data for additional purposes that differ from those entrusted to them. In that case, those processing operations will not fall under Aurea Svizzera's legal responsibility.
